Jen!
Saturday was such a beautiful day for a ride! The homes we previewed were all newer listings in the Sunnyside, Jefferson Park, and Highlands area.
We stopped to look at gardens and had a great time looking at all of the homes and learning about beautiful Denver!
Looking forward to next weeks tour!
~ Bridget
This was a great way to really get a feel for the neighborhoods and see some great homes while having fun. Brigete is a fantastic tour guide. All in all it was a perfect day!
I went with Bridget on this tour yesterday. What a fun way to see properties and get a feel of a neighborhood. I would highly recommend the tours to anyone looking for a home or just wondering about a new neighborhood and who wants to get some fresh air and exercise in the process. Bridget was a great tour guide, not only showing homes but also pointing out special things along the way (like a pick your own herb garden on Julian Street that I never knew was there) and she kept us safe on the ride.
I was also part of the tour on Saturday – what a wonderful way to spend the morning! As the other riders mentioned, being on a bike really allowed us to get a feel for the neighborhood in a way you simply can’t by just driving around. Bridget’s expertise in real estate and knowledge of the surrounding area made it a real treat for me being relatively new to the neighborhood…
Heard Home Buyer Bike Tours made the front page of the Denver Post’s real estate section on Sunday. Congrats! Such an awesome idea!
Kathy,
So glad you enjoyed the tour!

Hi Marybeth,
A “pick your own herbs” garden sounds neat. I’ll have to check it out!
